Terms of Use 

Please use our services only if you agree with all of them and consider them binding on you. This document will not be filed, it will be concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

2. Basic provisions 

2.1. Hungarian law shall govern any issues not regulated in these Regulations. 

2.2. The Service Provider is entitled to amend these GTC. The amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the website. 

2.3. The VoxaHarmonia name, logo and related technical documentation are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Their unauthorized use is prohibited. 

3. Data management The Service Provider's data management practices are contained in the Privacy Policy, which is available in a separate menu item on the website. 

4. Scope of products available for purchase 

4.1. The products sold in the webshop are primarily: modular printed circuit boards (PCB) electronic modules semi-finished electronic units components for electronic development and system construction 

4.2. The products are typically components intended for technical use, which: do not qualify as stand-alone end products often require further assembly or integration their operation requires professional installation 

4.3. The prices shown are: gross prices include VAT do not include shipping costs 

4.4. The images of the products displayed may be illustrative. The appearance of the actual product may differ.

5. Special provisions for technical products 

5.1. The products distributed by VoxaHarmonia are devices intended for development and technical use, which: are not considered finished consumer products do not contain a complete system their independent operation is not always ensured 5.2. The use of the products assumes: basic knowledge of electronics professional installation providing adequate power supply 

5.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for: damage resulting from incorrect connection damage caused by overvoltage use in an unsuitable environment incompatibility with other systems 

5.4. The buyer is responsible for: selecting the appropriate application planning the integration into the system compliance with safety requirements 

6. Ordering process 

6.1. The User selects the desired product. 

6.2. Adds the product to the cart. 

6.3. Before finalizing the order, you can check: number price delivery details 

6.4. After sending the order, the system will send an automatic confirmation email. 

6.5. If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the User is released from the offer.

8. Delivery times 

8.1. Orders are processed: on business days. 

8.2. The general delivery time is: 3–10 business days 

8.3. If the product is not available, the Service Provider: notifies the customer refunds the amount 

9. Right of withdrawal The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.). The right of withdrawal does not apply: in the case of custom-made, made-to-order PCBs in the case of custom-configured, made-to-order products in the case of damaged or used products The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. 

10. Warranty and guarantee The Service Provider: offers a 12-month warranty for the products. The warranty does not cover: incorrect connection mechanical damage overload not intended use In the case of electronic modules, the warranty applies exclusively to: manufacturing defects. 

11. Complaint handling A complaint can be submitted: by e-mail: info@voxaharmonia.hu The Service Provider will: investigate the complaint within 30 days. 

12. Limitation of liability 

12.1. The Service Provider is not liable for: indirect damages data loss system errors business losses 

12.2. The use of the products is at your own risk. 

12.3. The modular PCBs are exclusively for: development experimental system building purposes. 

13. Intellectual property The following VoxaHarmonia products: circuit diagrams firmware documentation are the property of the Service Provider. Copying or distribution is only possible with permission. 

14. Settlement of disputes The parties shall settle their disputes amicably. If this does not lead to a result: The jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Buda is stipulated.
